Step #1

#1-French Roast or any kind of Roast 3-5 lbs (age the roast before cooking a a week in refrigerator)

#2- Slice it into thick chunks and place in a full aluminum baking pan

#3-Sauerkrout /  2 cans each 16 oz with water

#4-Peeled whole tomatoes / 2 cans each 16 oz with water  (squash them by hand )

#5-Brown Sugar Dark / 1 lbs.

Mix well, Cover with aluminum foil and cook in oven on 200 degree for 6 to 8 hours

Option:

You can use a crock pot
