This book lists the Torah mitzvos that can be observed today

Second Section – the Negative Commandments

4. It is a negative commandment not to eat chametz (bread products) on Passover

As it states in Shemos (Exodus) 13:3, “Do not eat chametz.” Even deriving benefit from chametz is forbidden. Regarding a person that eats an olive size amount of chametz on Passover: If he does it willingly and knowingly, he is punished with kares (premature death). If he does it accidentally, he is required to bring a sin offering [during the time when the Temple stood]. This applies if one eats it or if he crushes it to drink it. If a person eats less than an olive amount, he gets Rabbinic lashes.

This applies in all places and at all times, for men and for women.
