Step #1-
#1-Chicken Breast/3 sliced into strips
Option : any type of beef cut into strips
Option: your choice of Soy, or Seitan – (frozen or dehydrated vegie strips are available in health food stores)
#2-Pepper green / 1 sliced Julian
#3-Pepper Red / sliced Julian
#4-Pepper Yellow / 1 sliced Julian
#5-Onion Red / 1 small sliced Julian
#6-Onions Sweet / 1 sliced Julian
#7-Tomatoe / 1 cut in 1/2 then each 1/2 into 4 then cut the 1/4 in 1/2
Option: you can grill all the veggies in a pot or skillet
Step #2
Seasoning:
#1-Salt / 1 tablespoon
#2-Black pepper / dash
#3-Paprika / 1 teaspoon
#4-Curry / 1 tablespoon
#5-Garlic / 1/4 teaspoon
Option: 21 seasoning by Trader Joe’s
#6-Olive oil / 1/4 cup
Step #3
Place all ingredients in 1/2 a steam aluminum pan
Mix all together and cover with aluminum foil
Step #4 Bake in oven
Option #1- Bake on 385 for 1 hour
Option #2- Bake but slow cook on 200 for 3-4 hours
Option #3 – You can use a crock pot cook on high for 1 hour them 1 hour law and then set in warm
