In the Yeshiva of Kelm, they would take 50 minutes to say Pesukei D’Zimra every day! An interesting note is that even on Shabbos and Yom Tov when Pesukei D’Zimra is longer than normal, it would also take 50 minutes to say. The Alter of Kelm explained the reason was because sometimes people need to rush.
