This book lists the Torah mitzvos that can be observed today

Second Section – the Negative Commandments

14. It is a negative commandment not to lead a city in Israel to worship idols

As it states in Shemos (Exodus) 23:13, “Do not let it be heard from your mouth.” A person that leads another person to worship idols is called a “Masis”. A “Masis” that leads the general public is called a “Ma’diach”. He is given the death penalty of stoning, even if he never worshipped idols but only persuaded others to worship them.

This applies in all places and at all times, for men and for women.
