This book lists the Torah mitzvos that can be observed today

Second Section – the Negative Commandments

106. It is a negative commandment “do not eat food that is eaten by the rebellious son”

As it states in Vayikra (Leviticus) 19:26, “do not eat over blood.” This means do not eat the type of meal which brings one to murder, which is the type of meal eaten by the rebellious son. This verse also warns us not to eat from an animal before it has passed away. Also, it warns us not to eat before we pray.

This applies in all places and at all times, for men and for women.
