4. Be kind to yourself. Speaking badly even about yourself is unethical.
הלכות שמירת הלשון The halacha States that one is allowed to bathe a child even with hot water on Shabbos when the third day after the milah falls out on Shabbos.
The reason behind this is that the third day after the milah is the most painful which puts the baby in danger. The source of this halacha is in Parshas Vayishlach in which Shimon and Levy attack the people of Shechem on the third day after the milah to take advantage of their inability to defend themselves.
