Tzav
In Parhas Tzav, the Torah states, (7,2) “In the place that you slaughter the olah offering, slaughter the guilt offering…” The Toras Kohanim says that the second time the Torah says slaughter is superfluous. Therefore, it comes to teach us that anyone can make a kosher shechita, whether the person is a ger, woman, or even slaves.
