Dvar Halacha On Parshat NASO

When the Torah discusses the “Isha Sotah,” “Suspected woman,” it describes several actions that are taken by the Kohanim in order to embarrass her to deter others from acting in such a manner. One of the ways is by uncovering her hair. The Gemara in K’subos learns from here that a woman is required to cover her hair. The Zohar HaKadosh goes at great length to discuss the negative things that a woman brings into her home by means of leaving her hair uncovered. As always, middah tova m’rubah, and the reward and brocho that a women receives for covering her hair is endless!
