The passuk in Parshas Naso states, “By their names you should appoint (the Leviim) to the utensils they will carry.” The Midrash comments that the Torah is very careful that we appoint each individual Levy by their name to their specific task in the Mishkon. The reason behind this is to avoid any disagreements amongst the Leviim as to who should perform each job. We can learn from here how meticulous we must also be to avoid arguments amongst our peers!
