Parshas Chukas introduces the concept of tumas ohel – if a corpse is in an enclosed area, everything in the area become impure. Rebbe Shimon bar Yochai has an interesting chiddush in the this halachah. He says in the Gemarah Yevamos that even though the body of a gentile has tumas meis, the halachah of tumas ohel does not apply.
