Dinner Rolls – Quick & Easy “Dinner Rolls For Shabbat & Everyday”

Step #1

Place in a mixing bowl:

#1-Water (warm) 3/4Cup 

#2-Yeast (dry) 2.5 tea spoon 

#3-Sugar 1/4 Cup  

#4-Flour (Bread Flour Or All purpose) 4 1/4 cup 

#5-Potato- 1 medium boiled and mashed & add to mix cooled 

#6-Salt- 2 teaspoons  

#7-Margerine (malted)- 1/4 stick cooled 

#8-Eggs-2 

Mix well by spatula or hand

Step#2

#9-Let the dough rest for 1 hour COVRED

Step#3

#10-Roll out dough to a long strip, Cut in to 16 parts and shape to round balls,

#11-Wash rolls with egg wash & set on baking pan.

Step#4

#12-let the rolls rest covered for 30 minutes

Step#5

#13-Bake on 350 for 45 minutes or to golden brown
