How were the heads of the tribes allowed to bring their Korban/Sacrifices on Shabbat?
In Parashat Nasso the Torah tells us about the special sacrifices of the 12 heads of the tribes, who were the first ones, other than the Kohanim, to bring sacrifices in the Miskan immediately after it was built.

The Halacha is that on Shabbat you are not allowed to bring a personal sacrifice/private Korban, only a communal sacrifice is allowed to be brought. The verse tells us that on the Seventh day the head of the Tribe whose name was Elishama the son of Ammihud brought his sacrifices, this was an individual private sacrifices, why was he allowed to bring a personal
sacrifice/private Korban on Shabbat?
The Midrash explains why all the heads of the Tribes brought the exact same sacrifices. The heads of the Tribes gathered together and decided that they wanted to avoid jealousy, arguments, and fighting among themselves. They therefore agreed to bring the exact same set so that no one would be jealous of each other. Hashem saw that his precious children respected each other and were thinking of ways not to hurt each others feelings. Hashem said, “these sacrifices are so special to me that I want them to be brought even on Shabbat”.
The Chofetz Chaim gives a story of a rich man who had many children and he divided his merchandise for each one to sell. The children were constantly fighting over each other’s wealth and were not becoming richer because they were too busy fighting. One day a wise man advised them to stop fighting and bring all the merchandise together and you will become rich together. They listened and started being nice to one another, when the father heard that his children are working together he gave them more riches than before to show them how happy he was that they were together and not fighting.
