When giving the seven mitzvos for non-Jews, the Torah writes “Your blood to your souls I will seek…” The Midrash explains that this is not only a warning against murder but also includes the prohibition of suicide.
There is a difference of a opinion if one is allowed to kill oneself if he feels that he will not be able to avoid the other prohibitions on the children of Noach.
