In Psalm 147 (which we say every morning in Pesukei D’Zimra), it states, “He counts the number of stars, to all of them He gives a name.” Every star is important enough to Hashem that He counts them and names them. How much more is this true about His humans. Every person is important in Hashem’s eyes.
