This book lists the Torah mitzvos that can be observed today

Second Section – the Negative Commandments

23. It is a negative commandment not to entice any Jewish person to worship an idol
As it states in Devarim (Deuteronomy) 13:7-12, “If he secretly says to you… let’s go and worship an idol… all of Israel shall hear and fear and no longer do this evil thing.” If a person entices another to worship an idol, no difference if it was done publicly or privately, he is to be put to death by stoning. This is true even if neither the enticer nor the person being enticed worship an idol, as long as the enticer told the other Jewish person to worship an idol, he deserves the death penalty. The enticer does not need to be warned before receiving the death penalty.

This applies in all places and at all times, for men and for women.
