This book lists the Torah mitzvos that can be observed today

First Section – the Positive Commandments

6. It is a positive commandment to walk in the ways of Hashem with all of one’s ability

As it says in Devarim (Deuteronomy) 28:9, “And you shall walk in His ways.” And our Sages of blessed memory learned (in Sifrei Devarim Parshas Eikev 11:22), that this commandment means that as the Holy One Blessed Be He is called gracious, you also shall be gracious; as the Holy One Blessed Be He is called compassionate, you also shall be compassionate; as the Holy One Blessed Be He is called kind, you also shall be kind. And so too with all of the characteristics that are mentioned about the Holy One Blessed Be He, a person needs to model himself after Him and walk in His ways.

This applies everywhere, at all times, for men and for women.
