Sefer Ha’mitzvos Ha’Katzar (The concise book of mitzvos) By the Chofetz Chaim
This book lists the Torah mitzvos that can be observed today
First Section – the Positive Commandments
52. It is a positive commandment to give the first wool shearing to the Cohain (priest)
As it states in Devarim (Deuteronomy) 18:4, “The first wool shearings of the sheep shall be given to him.” The proper size according to our Sages is one sixtieth. A person is only required to give the shearings from a sheep. Also, the requirement is only if there are at least five sheep that each have a weight of twelve selaim of wool on them, which is 60 selaim for the whole group.
This applies like the Matanos, which was written in Positive Commandment number 51.
4. Be kind to yourself. Speaking badly even about yourself is unethical.
