Mourner’s Kaddish (continued)
If there is no mourner present during the time when Mourner’s Kaddish is to be recited, then it should not be recited. The only exception to this is the Mourner’s Kaddish that appears after Aleinu at the end of davening. If there is no mourner present, then a person who his parents have passed away or, if his parents are still alive, a person who has been given specific permission from his parents that he can recite the Mourner’s Kaddish, should recite this Kaddish after Aleinu.
