Joke: Having My Baby
A doctor rushes in to the waiting room in Sha’are Zedek hospital where three men are waiting and tells one of the men, “Mazal Tov, Mazal Tov, Mazal Tov, Mazal Tov! Your wife just had quadruplets!”

When he recovered his composure, the proud father said, “That figures, we’re from Kiryat(4)Arba.”

Shortly thereafter a nurse emerges, shaking her head. “It’s a record!” she exclaims to the second man, “your wife just had octuplets!”
wow,” said the astonished dad, “But I guess that figures, too. We’re from Kiryat(8)Shmoneh.”

The third man turns pale, staggers to a chair and cries out “Gevalt! We’re from Meah (100)Shearim!”
