When Yaakov Avinu arrived in Bersheva on his way to Mitzrayim, the passuk tells us that he brought korbonos to the G-d of his father Yitzchok. The Midrash, brought by Rash”i, comments on this that Yaakov brought the korbon to the G-d of Yitzchok, but not Avrohom. It learns from here that one is required to honor his father more than his grandfather.
