There are two brochos that we make that are from the Torah. One is birkas hamazon, and the other, birkas HaTorah, is found in this week’s parsha. The passuk states, “When I call out the name of Hashem, give grandeur to Elokeinu.” Chaza”l tell us that when the passuk says “the name of Hashem” it refers to the Torah. Giving “grandeur to Elokeinu” refers to making a brocho.
