The issue of inheritance is a complicated subject with many details. The Halacha states that a son inherits his father and must split it with his brothers. However, one may ask if the same process is applicable to the gentile world. The passuk in parshas Dvarim states, “To Lot I have given Er as an inheritance.” Chaza”l learn from this passuk that the Gentiles must also follow the laws of inheritance as dictated in the Torah.
