When Eliezer enters the house of Besuel, he is greeted with great hospitality. The passuk describes that first Besuel gave food to Eliezer’s animals and only afterwards did he offer food to Eliezer and his servants. The Midrash learns from here the Halacha that one is required to feed his animals before feeding himself.
