When Eliezer comes to Besuel’s home to speak to him regarding Rivka, the passuk states that Besuel first gave food and drink to the animals and only afterwards gave to Eliezer and the men with him. The Midrash says in the name of Rebbi Yehudah who said in the name of Rav that we learn from here that one must first feed his animals before taking food for himself. There are many specifics to this Halacha and one should consult their Rov regarding its applications.
