The ninth blessing in Shemone Esray is for livelihood. This comes after the blessing where we ask for healing because a sick person does not desire food. After we are healed, though, we start searching for food to live so we can maintain a healthy soul and body. A person is required to focus his attention on asking from G-d for an easy and legal way of earning a livelihood, not one that is difficult to earn nor involves illegal dealings.
