Sefer Ha’mitzvos Ha’Katzar (The concise book of mitzvos) By the Chofetz Chaim
This book lists the Torah mitzvos that can be observed today
First Section – the Positive Commandments
60. It is a positive commandment to love every Jew like oneself
As it states in Vayikra (Leviticus) 19:18, “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Therefore, one must protect another’s body, money, and honor as much as he would for himself. If a person honors himself through another’s disgrace, he has no portion in the World to Come. Included in this positive commandment is to make peace between and a man and his friend.
This applies in all places and at all times, for men and for women.
4. Be kind to yourself. Speaking badly even about yourself is unethical.
