There is a passuk in Parshas Haazinu that juxtaposes the fats of the sacrifices of idol worship with the wine used as libations for an idol.
The Gemara in Avodah Zarah explains that this comes to teach us that just as it is forbidden to benefit from a sacrifice, so too it is forbidden to benefit from their wine libations.
