One may move and/or redirect a fan on Shabbos to blow in his
direction in order to cool himself. However, one may not redirect
the fan so as to stop blowing on him if he finds the cool air
disturbing, unless he is ill or will become so. The fan may not be
moved unless the plug is firmly connected to the outlet in such a
way that through movement of the fan, the plug cannot
